Pregnancy is a different experience every time, but one things for sure
it doesn’t last for long and once it is over your beautiful baby bump has gone!
Treasure it forever with a maternity session.
Congratulations! you must be pregnant and looking for a maternity session or know someone close to you who is expecting and you are looking for them. Firstly I want to reassure you that its not as scary as it might sound to some. My sessions are really relaxed, I have trained in both natural and studio light and posing, added together with my skill in Photoshop and Lightroom I know how to bring out the best in your images. I also have a selection of outfit options to suit all sizes and will discuss outfits with you beforehand.
So now let me tell you more about the session:
That choice is yours, I can photograph you and your bump relaxing at your home maybe in babies nursery or at a favourite location. Or you can come to my studio in Drayton, Norwich. You can also include other family members in the images if you wish.
Ideally you should have your maternity session between 32 and 36 weeks, any earlier you wont capture the bump in all its glory and fullness; any later and you may find yourself too uncomfortable or risk missing it if baby decides to come early.
What to wear?
This is mostly up to you depending on what look you hope to achieve, but ultimately it will need to be comfortable! I can help you with this as I have a few gowns, kimonos and chunky knits here. I would advise to keep it simple, no bold prints or logos. Pick outfits that flatter your bump not hide it. Pick colours you like that flatter you. Textures such as cable knit and linen will look great. Whether you are wearing a maternity gown or leggings with a crop top and chunky knit cardie your images will be stunning and unique to you.
What happens after?
Your images will be delivered to you on a keepsake USB.
